Enderman

The Enderman is a mob that will be introduced when 1.8 comes out. The Enderman are described as tall & lanky subjects. They are about 3 meters tall with long arms. The Enderman have the ability to pick up blocks and move them around. However they are usually peaceful and only become hostile when you place your cursor directly over them.

The Enderman stay frozen as long as you keep looking at them but the second you turn away they will come after you. If you get too far away from them they will teleport to you. The Enderman can teleport multiple times and is said to be able to teleport once per second.

Minecraft Stats & Achievements & Weather

Snow, Rain, and even thunder is on it’s way in Minecraft 1.5 and to top that Minecraft Achievements and Stats are coming soon too! Yeah I know one hell of an update but seriously this is going to be awesome. You can be walking and the water near you turns into ice and snow is falling in front of you. Then you could be walking and water droplets start coming down and the sky lights up and you hear thundering! Minecraft with a bit of realism…I like!

To even trump that Minecraft Achievements and Minecraft Stats will be in the next update. You’ll get little notifications of achievements done and you can go back and look at all of your statistics! Here is a video below:

Notch made the announcement that they may be adding the Piston Mod directly into Minecraft! How cool would that be? If you haven’t seen the Piston Mod yet it pretty much adds a Piston into the game of minecraft and there are many many things that can be done with it.
